And last week was no exception – as Arizona’s hot, sunny, blue skied summer weather came out to play, we drove the 25 minutes from Desert Dream to Accor’s 2024 No. 1 Hotel in the World – The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess – for a full day session with legendary hotelier Jack Miller and 16 of his top leaders.

A brilliant day.

Upbeat, positive, open, challenging and exciting.  The ‘Prinnie’ Fairmont Family combining, collaborating and committing to Making Special Happen at every opportunity for their guests.  Superb people, functional excellence, hunger to learn and a Nothing is Impossible mindset under Jack’s emotional, creative guidance and mentorship.
