I just spent a wonderful four days in a mystical, magical wine resort just 45 minutes outside Barcelona, (a complete world away from the hurly-burly VUCAA world we are currently experiencing).

Can Bonastre.

600 years old.  Dripping with history.  Amazing views of the beautiful Montserrat mountains and full of stories and legends.  They make their own wine and are surrounded by vineyards and dirt tracks.  12 rooms and beautifully simple, elegant, cool indoor/outdoor restaurant.

Run by a small family-type team who could not do more to help you relax, restore and refresh yourself.  I was there working with my friends from Isdin.

Inspirational CEO Juan Naya brought together his newly formed elite Delta team to refresh, restore and reset Isdin for their renewed, energised surge into 2026 and beyond.

Last week all three came together.

An elite team of committed, passionate, purpose-driven leaders working together to create a community around a product founded on science and innovation, and dedicated to creating happy, healthy, beautiful lives in a place where time stood still and souls were refreshed.

Long days of serious, challenging/questioning in the sunshine in a brilliant, indoor/outdoor meeting space overlooking the mountains with early morning mountain-bike rides through the vineyards and countryside, topped off by story-sharing in ancient wine cellars and simple, high-quality, farm to table food.

Hardly surprising that the ideas generated in these three days were spectacular, brave, innovative and feasible.

Optimism and positivity, behind a shared Purpose, coupled with bringing together the right people, at the right time, in the right place and asking questions and questioning the answers with no one taking it personally – works.
